"DEBONAIR” offers a wide range of portable bag stackers and Lorry loaders to stack bags in godown and to load trucks and wagons. Carrying capacity varies from 500 to 700 bags/hr. for 100 kg (Max.) bags. Light weight but rigid boom frame is mounted on strong chassis of channel section with pneumatic A.D. V. tyres and castor wheel for easy movements. A simple mechanical winch is provided to adjust inclination of boom frame to get desired delivery height. Stacker can be conveniently connected to any conveyor with the help of link chutes. We use specially developed light weight castings, rectangular hollow section for steel slats instead of conventional fabricated section, S-88 type chain as per IS-2637-1964, standard drive units with suitable starter and switch fuse unit. Procurement of standard interchangeable parts within a short period of notice and prompt after sales service are our special features.
